Hi Sila,

My apologies for not getting in touch with you sooner. The feedback from the family was overwhelmingly positive!  Both hotels, especially the cave hotel in Cappadocia were excellent. Both guides were both personable and knowlegeable and given the amount of time one spends with the guides, it's paramount that they are affable characters. This was certainly the case with these two gentlemen.

I will leave some feedback on your website shortly and am planning to visit Turkey myself, possibly later this year. What is it like to come in September?

Dear Sila,

I had wanted to follow-up with you briefly to give you some feedback on your guides, since they are independent.

The day in Ephesus was amazing.  That guide was outstanding!  Very personable, well-spoken, and a very well planned out day.The guide in Istanbul was the best!  Very knowledgeable, great overview of the city in such short time, and we thoroughly enjoyed our Turkish bath. I will keep your information in our files, and hopefully return to Turkey one day!  Also, I intend to forward your information to the cruise line we went on, in the event some passengers want to hire their own guides, as well….

We're back in Atlanta with many fond memories of our delightful trip to Turkey.  We got home night before last.  We went to Santorini and Mykonos before coming back home.  I greatly appreciate the time you put into planning our trip.  I can't wait to go pick up my photos!  My kids are proudly wearing their red and yellow Turkish soccer jerseys – Riza would be proud!

Dear Ms. Varol,

I have been home two weeks and my memories of Istanbul are still sharp. The arrangements you made for me with Terry Meir could not have been better. She made my trip wonderful because she continually focused on my being able to get around and resting as needed, but never treated as an invalid. She clearly explained difficult concepts (e.g. the statements of the Whirling Dervishes). Our driver was a real gentlemen, he always helped me out of the car as though it was his habit not my age related need. What Terry showed me is engraved in my mind. Thanks for making Istanbul such a wonderful experience. What people!

Thank you very much for your help with everything, we just returned from our holiday in Istanbul, everything was perfect! You were right about the hotel, it was brilliant. The room was beautiful and had 3 different views, one of them of Aya Sophia, so we couldn't have asked for more.

The guide you found for us, Apo, was extremely nice and knowledgeable, I cannot stress enough how happy we were with him. In fact, if you happen to have his email address, I would very much like to write him a note to thank him. He gave it to me, but I misplaced it during the trip. 

All in all, thank you very much for everything, I will be recommending Credo Tours to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Dear Sirma,

We have now returned to Texas following a wonderful European vacation.  The highlight of our vacation was Turkey.  I would like to thank you, Bahar and others on your team at Credo for providing us with an outstanding time in both Istanbul and Ephesus.

In each city our guide was awaiting us with an anxious smile as we excited our cruise ship.  The tours were well organized with knowledgeable, interesting and professional guides.  We enjoyed very much the Turkish lunch provided at each restaurant in Istanbul and Sirince.  The food was especially delicious in Sirince.  This beautiful little town was a wonderful and welcomed surprise during our visit.

We would like to especially commend our guide in Ephesus, Evren Ozdemir.  Please let him know how much we enjoyed his professionalism.  Evren was extremely knowledgeable about the areas we visited, as well as other parts of Turkey.  What impressed us the most was his desire to convey his knowledge in an interesting and pleasant way.  What a wonderful model he is for Turkey as well as being a terrific asset to your company. 

Thank you again for providing us with a wonderful unforgettable experience.
