Dear Sirma,

I want to send you my sincerest congratulations. I am really so grateful that everything about our trip was so conscientiously and professionally done. You understood what we wanted from the beginning; and you knew precisely what the idea of our trip was. You were a great help to me because I was responsible for making sure everything was well done. Everything was great and amazing: the transfers, the hotels, the restaurants, the food, the guide, and, of course, the balloon ride.

Thanks so much, thanks to you we enjoyed our trip immensely. You can be sure that if, in the future, we make another trip through Turkey, you will be our organizer. Next year we are planning to sail the coast of the Decocanese because we have done the Turquoise Coast five tines already and it is time for a change. Maybe you can send us some other places to visit, some new itinerary for the year after next.

If you come to Spain let us know. On behalf of everyone in the group, we all send you our warmest regards.

From 12 to 20 June 2005 we undertook a tour of Turkey as the “Army Engineers Group” organized through Made Easy Tours in Australia.

A more detailed after trip report has been sent to Janice at Made Easy Tours but we would like to make comment direct to you on our guide Nedime and coach driver from Bodrum “The Captain”.

Nedime has a very pleasant and easygoing manner that puts people at ease and willing to listen to take in the knowledge she imparts on Turkish history, its culture and its people. She has a most extensive knowledge base of Turkey.

Nedime has a calm manner that is indicative of a person always in control of a situation. She is very adept and skillful to read changes in circumstances and to make prompt adjustments to meet the needs of her group. She is also ever helpful to meet individual requests for help and guidance.

She has a very good command of the English language and a keen understanding of Aussie humour and mannerisms. She is a delight to be with.

Coach driver “The Captain” complements Nedime like a glove to a hand. He is a very careful and courteous driver; always-on time with a neat clean coach and ever ready to help with a pleasant smile.

They both made our tour a wonderful experience. They both are assets worth preserving.
