I just wanted to thank you for your quality services on our recent trip to Istanbul. We have travelled extensively and have used upscale guide and travel services before. Your communication and services were as good as any we have used before. Our guide for our two days in Istanbul was terrific. Her name was Bihter Kuranel and she asked us to call her just "B". Her English was excellent, as good if not better than any college educated American. She knew the sites very well and was happy to answer all the other questions we had about Turkish culture, religion, and the political situation. We truly enjoyed our time with her.

Thank you again for making these arrangements. We highly recommend you to anyone visiting Turkey and we look forward to contacting you the next time we visit Turkey.

Dear Ilgin,

Sorry it took so long to write but we've been busy getting settled in our new home in Chicago.

Eunice and I just wanted to thank you and Credo Tours for helping plan our trip in Turkey. We had a wonderful time and we owe it all to you. As you know, we originally chose Credo because of your reasonable prices and professionalism, and you exceeded our expectations. All of our reservations were made properly, all of our drivers were on time every time, all of the tour guides were excellent, and everybody treated us well.

After seeing our pictures, all of our friends now want to go to Turkey, and we will tell them all to use Credo when they do.

I also just wanted to talk about our trip in more detail with you so that it will help you in the future. Our favourite hotel was the Four Seasons in Istanbul. The rooms were excellent, the service was excellent, the location was excellent and the food was excellent. We liked the Marmara Bodrum, especially the swimming room. We loved Gocek because it was so much less crowded and busy than Bodrum and the sailing there is wonderful. You should suggest that as a place for people who really want to get away from the busy cities and have some peace and quiet. But don't tell too many people or it won't be a secret anymore!

Both Bihter and Uzay were excellent guides, especially Uzay. He really went out of his way for us to see the real Turkey. And thank you Ilgin, for all your help and thank Sirma as well.

And if you're in Chicago in the next two years, please let us know and we will show you around. Take care and good luck.

Dear Sirma,

I am writing you on behalf of the Taylor/ Cable group of ten in regards to your management of our recent trip to Turkey.

Let me start by saying that we are a seasoned group of travelers and have visited and stayed in some of the most interesting and luxurious places in the world. In other words we are hard to please, especially given our mix of action seeking boys and culture seeking adults.

Naturally, Turkey provides the raw materials to satisfy this group but it took your keen eye, attention to detail and extraordinary on the ground efforts once we were there to turn this into a really special adventure and Sirma it was that! Given that we covered half of Turkey in 17 days and caught all the highlights from Istanbul to Bodrum this was no easy task.

Saffet was a fantastic choice of guides in fact our group unanimously nominated him as our best guide ever! We will certainly consider another trip to Turkey and will use your services and insist on Saffet for the half of Turkey we missed.

We have already passed your name on to several interested people and hope that it brings you some well deserved business, again we thank you for a wonderful trip and if you or Saffet ever find yourselves in the Boston area it will be our pleasure to host you.

I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our visit to Turkey, and to thank you again for your help. Our trip was wonderful and we saw so much. In regards to driving in Turkey, as long as one person concentrates only on driving, and the other is a decent navigator, I'd recommend renting a car(with a little more power for going uphill)
