We are now back in Australia today and I just want to put on record all you did to make our trip to Turkey a memorable one. Your tour organization was very good and we would recommend your organization to anyone. All the places we stayed at were very good and our guide Serhan was also a feature that made our trip so enjoyable. The icing on the cake was to have Murat drive us to the airport.

Thank you very much for planning such a great vacation for us. We had a fantastic time throughout Turkey and thoroughly enjoyed the people, the history and sites, and the fantastic food. We were very happy with the service and would highly recommend Volkan as a knowledgable and friendly guide. We were also very impressed by the quality of the boat and the staff (captain Mustafa, crew Anil, and cook Yusuf) of the Surgun. This was truly an exceptional boat and you should book with them again if the opportunity comes up. We will certainly be recommending travel to Turkey to our friends and will give them your name should they need a good travel agent. Thanks again and we hope to return to Turkey before too long!

Dear Ms Gulgul,

We both want to thank you for doing such an outstanding job of organizing our itinerary and the other arrangements for our trip. We are used to travelling by ourselves and have visited many different countries around the world. We have not taken a group trip before, but knew this one would be different because Fedva had set it up. We were delighted with the trip! Turkey turned out to have so much culture, fascinating cities, beautiful countryside, a full history, friendly people and we always felt safe. The people we had direct contact with, including your staff in Istanbul, our guide Kenan, the bus drivers and boat crews, were all friendly, knowledgeable, concerned for our safety and above all, went out of their way to try to meet our wishes. In particular, one person made this trip so memorable, and that was Kenan. This young man is so personable, his English is superb, he understands American culture, and his knowledge about your country was encyclopaedic. He tried to make sure that each and every one of us was getting the maximum enjoyment out of the visit and worked so hard to answer our questions. This was not an easy job with 20 individuals along for the ride! He is a treasure for your company and we think you are very fortunate to have him directing your trips.

The hotels were all very nice, with the Dorint Plaza probably being our favorite-friendly staff, comfortable and quiet rooms, right in the center of things, and a superb buffet breakfast. Talking of food, we really enjoyed all of it-the restaurants, hotels and the gulets served us wonderful meals. On board the gulets however, we were pampered and the variety and quality of food coming out of the tiny galleys was amazing! Each crew member tried so hard to please us and their big smiles will be in our memories for a long time to come.

In conclusion, please accept our thanks for such a superbly organized tour. We would unhesitatingly recommend your company to anyone needing travel arrangements.
