When we booked our tour with Credo, I was uncertain how terrific your company was and how special our tour would be. We knew when you prepared the itinerary, your firm was different. Everyone else was order takers. You had put real thought into it. Yet there were questions. Would we be met at the dock? Although our guide would speak English, would there be communication problems? Was the tour going to offer what we needed? In less than an hour, I knew we had selected wisely. By Wednesday, the tour felt different. It was as if we were seeing Istanbul through the eyes of a friend who knew his city well. At the end, our five days with Gunhan and Emir became the highlights of our four week Mediterranean trip. Gunhan's guide service could not have been better. He was very caring and responsible to all our needs throughout the five days. When he learned Earl had been in broadcasting, he took him to the hill where the radio and TV antennas were. Knowing I was interested in Anzac, he took us to a little known museum with artifacts from the war. And, of course, getting to see Yankee that second day at lunch. I'll never forget that kitten. He was aware of our needs. Knowing I have difficulty walking and get tired easily, he was constantly looking for places for me to sit down and helping me up and down stairs.. Gunhan is like an encyclopedia. He is incredibly bright with tons of information that he shared on each place we visited. We were incredibly fortunate to have him as our guide and we look forward to seeing him when he comes to the States. Emir is so brave. You couldn't pay me a million dollars to drive around Istanbul. He was always there to help me out of the van. Repeatedly, he got us close to the site to save on walking. Our lunches were wonderful. The restaurants were excellent with better food than we had on our cruise. I also appreciate your joining us for lunch. What a pleasure it was to meet you. I have already started recommending Credo to my friends and when we plan our return to Turkey will immediately contact you again. Thanks for everything.
