Dear Sila,
 
After a long day of travel, we arrived safely in San Francisco last night. It has been raining here, but our house is in order and all of our plants are alive and healthy, thanks to Gina's mom and sister.

I have attached a few pictures - one that Kenan took in front of Hagia Sophia of Gina and me, one of Kenan that I took when he wasn't expecting it, and two just for you taken in the Ortakoy district.

Thank you again so much for both your help and, more meaningfully, your friendship. As nice as it is to be back home, we already miss Turkey. We learned a lot, met many great people, and had a wonderful time. Maybe on our next trip to Italy (Brindisi) we will also allow for a week in Istanbul. We hope you have a great vacation in Prague, and let us know how it was.

Please keep in touch, and we will do the same.

Back in USA now after a fantastic visit to your country and great trip on SV Wind Spirit. I again must thank you for putting together the next tour on the following Monday on such short notice. It went very well and all participants we very pleased with the tour and all the arrangements. Thank you again for your hard work and efforts that made our trip a great success.

Nice to hear from you. We had a great trip in Turkey thanks to you and your guides. Tibet was definitely the best and good fun. And, it was nice of you to have lunch with us as it allowed me to put a face to the many telephone calls and e-mails that you and had.

Quite a few people ere interested in hearing about Turkey and our recommendations. We gladly gave out the name of Credo so you may hear from some.

Thanks again for your help and guidance. We enjoyed your country.

Our guide in Bodrum was the BEST! Loved her and wish we had more time there to explore. Istanbul was great...the hotels both were adequate not glamorous but the location was great! Loved being in the old city. Our two young guides in Istanbul and Cappadocia were the best. Enthusiastic, fun and very willing to discuss! We loved Turkey!!!

We had a wonderful trip in Turkey on the tour that you put together for us. I think the cave hotel in Cappadocia was our favorite. We were impressed with the quality of Roman (and other) ruins in Turkey in comparison with those in Italy where we have traveled extensively. The guides were terrific and were ready to provide far more information on any subject than we could absorb. We will certainly recommend Credo to friends wanting to tour Turkey.

I cannot believe I have not e-mailed you before this. I meant to do it promptly upon our return but have totally forgotten that I had not done so!

We loved, loved, loved Cappadocia! The hotel was wonderful, Faruk was delightful (and so well informed, energetic and fun!), and the sights were beyond my imagination! I was totally captivated by the entire area! We loved Turkey! The people were so nice and the history is staggering. I must say we were stunned by the knowledge of our guides. They were excellent. We have already told you how much we liked Riza, and we felt the same about Faruk. We arrived home safely and have enjoyed the time since reflecting on our great time in your country. Thank you so much for all the planning, the arrangements, everything! Hope you are doing well.
