Both of the tours we took were fantastic! My wife has already written a positive note on the Cruise Critic site. We had been to many ports on this trip, but the tours of Ephesus and Istanbul were the best. We chose you because friends had used Credo in the past and insisted we contact you as well. Turkey was the surprise of the trip. We were truly impressed with the modern and well maintained infrastructure, as well as the ease for foreign travelers to move about.

I appreciate the fact that you took the time to arrange a variety of baklava for us to try at lunch one day, that was really nice of you to do. Again thank you for making our visit great.

I must tell you how thrilled we were - all four of us - with the tour Riza Yenice gave us today. He was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable, articulate, personable and hospitable. He bought us waters and sodas - not once, but twice during the day. He checked on us several times during lunch, even refilling our water glasses himself. (The restaurant was excellent - delicious - great views - we were delighted.) Riza used his cell phone to contact our hotel when we decided that we would check in late. He answered our numerous questions about customs and religious practices in Turkey and in Istanbul in particular, explaining the Ramadan observance, and other things, in a friendly and non-judgemental manner. And he took us shopping! It felt like we were being shown the city by a dear friend. To top it all off, Riza escorted us on foot to our hotel off Istiklal street, even pulling one of our suitcases for us. It was such a comfort to not have to locate the hotel ourselves while dragging luggage through the street! And then he took us on a short walking tour of the Istiklal Street area around our hotel. What a great guy. We will recommend Riza highly to everyone we know. We could not be happier with Credo Tours for planning such a wonderful day. Thank you so much for a fantastic introduction to Istanbul.
