Dear Emre,

I hope you enjoyed the recent holidays. When we met in Istanbul you asked if I would send you my comments after I returned home regarding the tour you provided to me and my friends and family.

Everyone in our group (all 10 of us) commented how much they liked the Blue House. We all thought it was very clean and was a perfect location for our visit. It was beautiful to see the Blue Mosque from the windows of our rooms and we enjoyed hearing the Imam give the call to prayer and would stop what we were doing to listen. We also enjoyed the food at the Blue House.

Reha Seremet, the tour guide you arranged for us, was outstanding. Everyone in the group could not say enough good things about him. He was so knowledgeable about all of the sites we visited as well as other general information about life in Istanbul and Turkey. Reha was very pleasant to be with, had such a great sense of humor, and was willing to accommodate whatever the wishes of the group were and assist us in any way he could. He was also wise enough to counsel us not to miss a particular site when we were discussing changing the itinerary. The two days we spent with Reha truly made our trip to Istanbul most enjoyable and one that we will always have happy memories of.

The service Credo Tours provided to us was excellent. The van was very comfortable and was always ready and waiting for us. We also appreciated the last minute arrangements to have dinner and see the belly dancers and folk dancers. We all felt that Credo Tours did everything to see that our visit was most enjoyable and did a first class job for us.

I would not hesitate to recommend Credo Tours to anyone planning to visit Istanbul and would tell them to request Reha Seremet as their guide. Thank you for all the arrangements on our behalf and to Reha for showing us a wonderful time in Istanbul.

Sorry it took me a while to respond -- I've been away.

The trip itself was very enjoyable. Our Istanbul guide, Yavous, was excellent -- both knowledgeable and personable. Also our driver in Istanbul was very attentive to my parents and an excellent, safe, careful driver. I appreciate that everyone was always on time for our pickups and that the guides were flexible in planning.

Anyway, I want to end by thanking you for your great and gracious care and interest in planning our trip and helping to assure we were comfortable and well cared for along the way. We would look to you again in the future to help us plan our next trip to Turkey.

I just wanted to send you a short note to tell you how much I appreciated all the hard work you put into making the recent trip I took with Pierce College a resounding success.

Our time in Turkey was the best part of our two week trip. We ate at unique restaurants where the food and ambiance was wonderful. Each place was unique and had it's own charm. The hotels were incredibly beautiful. I particularly like the hotel in Bodrum with the rooftop garden restaurant and the garden-like pool. I was able to forget my high pressure job here at the college and really relax for the first time in years.

Our guide Reha Seremet was extremely knowledgable about both ancient and modern Turkey. He quickly became a part of our small group and it was hard to leave him behind as I felt he was one of us. He is a kind and thoughtful person and a great ambassador for Turkey and your company.

I was very impressed when you both joined us for dinner on our last night in Turkey and brought that wonderful surprise. Emre even took us to the airport in the middle of the night, which I also thought was above and beyond my expectations.

You created a wonderful experience for us in Turkey, that I will never forget. I know how much work goes into a well planned event and want to thank you so much for your attention to all the details of this trip. I enjoyed meeting both Sirma, Reha and Emre and hope to see you on my next trip to Turkey which I hope is very soon. Again thank you.
